Growing up on Panama City Beach, I have been able to experience the change over the past 50 years from "Mom & Pop" businesses to condominiums and nightlife. My family's motel catered to families from the 50's to the 80's when most family vacations lasted a week. That's because back then companies shut down for the week, or a week at the beach was a custom. Most of our guests at the Eldorado Motel returned year after year to stay in the same rooms. Our guests from every small town in Alabama and Georgia made lifelong friends who exchanged letters, attended college, and some even married. The best attractions were The Miracle Strip Amusement Park, Goofy Golf, Snake-a-torium, Angelo's Steak Pit, Capt. Anderson's, and the Davis Queen Fleet for deep sea fishing.

My goal is to provide a real estate experience that exceeds your expectations. Although my strengths are experience, education, and enthusiasm, my clients will tell you it's my contacts to complete every interface of a transaction "on time and under budget" that is most valuable to them.
